Biography

Heather Jordan, MPH, CPH, MCHES, is a Research Program Manager and Health Educator at INTS, where she contributes to the ongoing project “Evaluation of New Jersey’s Tobacco Control Initiatives” (PIs: Dr. Mary Hrywna and Dr. Michelle Bover Manderski). She is also a member of the INTS Office of Research team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Planning and Management from Alfred University and a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health from the George Washington University. Ms. Jordan is Certified in Public Health (CPH), a Master Health Education Specialist (MCHES), and is trained as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist through the Rutgers Tobacco Dependence Program. Outside of work, Ms. Jordan co-leads a Girl Scouts troop and serves as Treasurer of the Sandy Run Girl Scouts Service Unit. She is the State Coordinator for Team Red, White, and Blue, a veteran’s service organization. She is also a mother, partner, pet parent, road race junkie, rucker, foodie, and traveler.
